Tony McNeillTony Mugshot

Account Manager

Tony is a co-founder of B2E Resourcing, having spent over 15 years working with Accenture working on a wide range of blue chip multinationals, managing large-scale and complex change programmes.

He is an experienced and pragmatic management consultant with over 30 years business experience.

Tony likes to spend his spare time, when he has any, socialising, sporting and enjoying life!   

David Bowen

Account Manager

David spent 7 years at Accenture in the Change Management practice working on major change programmes in Utilities, Government, and Telco. 

He then moved to UBS as a global PMO Manager working on Euro and Y2K compliance Programmes, before taking on a Global Business Management role.

When he’s not at B2E, David can be found watching, playing or writing on cricket, and occasionally following England on tour with The Barmy Army.  

Parry Jenkins

Account Manager

Parry has over 25 years consulting experience, with 15 years at Partner level, spanning Accenture, Atos Consulting and as an independent consultant.

Parry spent his time designing and delivering mission critical programmes at ‘blue chip’ Public Sector clients including DEFRA, DWP, MOJ.  And more recently, at Private Sector clients trouble shooting on a “problem projects”.

Parry lives in Newcastle where the golf is more accessible,  and commutes as required.  

David Meggitt

Account Manager

David started his career as an investment analyst in the FS world with Robert Fleming, and spent 8 years in Hong Kong and London, before working with smaller businesses prior to doing an MBA. 

He then spent ten years as a management consultant advising companies on business/operations strategies. 

David likes to ride his Brompton around London and watch Wales playing Rugby in the Millennium Stadium. 

Richard Eteson

Account Manager

Richard held several senior marketing roles in FMCG organisations before moving into consultancy.

His particular emphasis was on relaunch strategies and bringing new products and services to market. He has also led many Leadership Development programmes for large organisations.

When he is off duty he spends a lot of his time cycling around the Chilterns, although he has noticed over the years that the hills are getting steeper!

Pip Henderson

Role Handler

Pip spent 14 years at Accenture in the Technology and Financial Services practices, working on large IT Change Programmes in Insurance and Retail Banking. 

She then became an interim consultant working on technology projects in the Insurance industry.

When she’s not at work, Pip is a keen triathlete and puts the rest of us to shame.

Nicola Smith

Role Handler

Nicola spent 12 years at Accenture, leading Human Performance Change Management initiatives in both consulting and outsourcing.

She has since worked as an HR manager in a Law Firm as well as an interim people change consultant, before joining B2E.

In her free time, Nicola has been demolishing her house and implementing her own personal ‘Grand Designs’.

Tamsin Boyle

Role Handler

Tamsin spent 12 years at Accenture as a Business Change Implementation manager, delivering operational and strategic change initiatives. 

She also has over 10 years experience across the Financial Services industry, specifically within Retail Banking.

Tamsin enjoys walking her dog, playing hockey and being in the lead on the B2E fitbit challenge.

Maninder Murfin

Role Handler

Maninder spent 9 years at Accenture in the Financial Services practice as a business and HR Transformation consultant, working on large programmes to deliver improved business performance.

When she’s not at work, Maninder enjoys spending time with her family and is a keen singer and reader. She loves living in London, enjoying a busy, active and social life.

Jaq Bouette

Role Handler

Jaq worked for 13 years at Accenture, in the Technology practice, achieving partner level in 2005.

She is an experienced programme manager specialising in systems integration delivery. 

Jaq enjoys travelling as often as possible with her husband and three children.

Selina Porter

Administration Manager

Selina spent 11 years at Accenture, in the Change Management practice.

She worked to deliver projects across many industries including Utilities, Financial Services and Government.

A lot of her spare time is spent running a Scout Group and she can often be found camping in the freezing cold somewhere.

Jo Young

Operations

Jo spent 10 years at Accenture working in the Change Management and Utilities practices.

Jo's main areas of expertise are Change Management, Implementation Planning and Execution and Call Centre management. 

If Jo isn’t at work, she can normally be found sitting on a horse or walking a dog.

Julie Crawford

Community Manager

Julie spent 7 years at Accenture specialising in CRM, Strategy and process reengineering.

She then spent 7 years at Carlson Wagonlit Travel  leading the EMEA Hotel Sourcing  division and later the UK Meetings & Events practice.

When Julie isn’t working she loves skiing, going to the gym and running – but still can’t catch Pip!

Sonal Patel

Office Administrator

Sonal is a Philosophy graduate who spent the early part of her working life in a pharmacy, before joining our team in 2015.

When Sonal has some spare time she is busy crafting away, baking and sewing. She also enjoys travelling and taking her dog for walks near lakes.
